Job Description
We are seeking an HR Intern to assist with various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and assist with documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related field. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
