Job Description
TheHassol is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, and the maintenance of employee records. Additionally, you will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Male candidates are preferred due to shift requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
