Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with expertise in learning and development to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations, and have creative skills to design and edit digital training videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Creative thinking ability for designing and editing digital training videos.
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and delivering training sessions.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and content writing abilities.
- Positive attitude with extroverted personality.
- Design and implement engagement activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Exposure and Learning Opportunities:
This role offers exposure to learning and development processes, organizational development, and video content creation for Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
