Job Description
Three Percent | Core Hub is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations on a full-time night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong HR management experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and manage the recruitment process.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Maintain attendance records and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in HR management, at least 1 year in a BPO setting, thorough knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software are required.
