Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing IT team in Islamabad. If you’re passionate about establishing HR functions and have experience working with software or IT companies, we can’t wait to see you at Absoluit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR policies and processes.
- Take charge of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
- Address employee relations, performance management, and professional development needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring a supportive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collaborate on payroll and benefits management.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within the software or IT sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
