Job Description
Position: HR Manager
Location: Full-time, on-site role in Gulberg II, Lahore.
EstateX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, encompassing recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing and resolving any employee issues or conflicts
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain HR records and systems.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any HR-related needs or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
