Qualifications
- HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations expertise
- Performance Management and Training & Development skills
- Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
