Job Description

CALLSTONES, a progressive BPO company providing services in Limousine Dispatching, Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, and IT solutions across the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, is in search of a meticulous HR Manager. This role requires overseeing essential Human Resources functions along with Accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement HR policies while managing the recruitment process.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee payroll management, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare financial reports and oversee budget monitoring.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; relevant experience is preferred.
