Location: I-9/2, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift | Onsite
Salary: Up to Rs100,00.00

GreenQuote LLC is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, overseeing attendance, and conducting performance management to motivate our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records
- Address and resolve employee grievances
- Drive employee performance and engagement initiatives
- Support the implementation of HR policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws
Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience (preferably in the BPO industry)
- Excellent communication skills
