Job Description
Education: Masters degree in Human Resource.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the institution.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops focused on educational best practices and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, educational regulations, and institutional policies.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events to promote a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and performance management.
