Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at NAQSHA (PRIVATE) LIMITED. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment processes, and foster employee relations. You will also oversee performance appraisals, maintain our pay plan and benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Ideal candidates should have proven experience in HR management, strong people skills, and a solid understanding of HR metrics and databases. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
