Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and goals.
- Manage employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities, resolve grievances, and counsel employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends for competitive benefit offerings.

- Be a trusted HR advisor on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through initiatives.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Zoho People for HR management
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
