Job Description
Prime BPO & Telecommunications is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment team. You’ll develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure hiring managers have the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of recruitment management experience, and strong knowledge of recruitment practices.
