Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Manager to oversee our HR, Administration, and Operations department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Work Hours: Part-time shifts from 6 PM to 12 AM and full-time shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM (evening and night shifts).
Compensation: Salary between Rs 45,00 and Rs 65,00, along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage the HR department, drive recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and maintain comprehensive employee records.
Job Types: Full-time and part-time positions are available.
