Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding.
- Develop HR policies and maintain employee records.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and administer payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
- 1+ years HR experience (software house preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Rs20,00 – Rs25,00 per month
