Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring adherence to labor regulations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include recruiting top talent, coordinating onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing performance management initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity, is required.
