Job Description
Xcentric Services is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, developing HR strategies, overseeing performance appraisals, and ensuring health and safety compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent, along with 2+ years of experience in a software house, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. Preference will be given to female candidates.
This is a full-time contract position for 12 months at 10-K, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore.
