Job Description
Xcentric Services is looking for a qualified HR Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, developing HR strategies, and overseeing performance appraisal systems. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, and conducting workplace investigations.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a software company, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Work Location: In-person at 10-K, Phase 1 DHA Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Job Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
