Job Description
Position: MTO-HR
- Supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day tasks
- Coordination of applicants, conducting job interviews, and preparation of the following steps
- Assistance in employee evaluation and processing of employees’ issues
- Maintaining a healthy communication system for the employees
- Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of standard operating procedures
- Working in teams to achieve higher goals
Education/ Skills:
- Degree in business, human resource management, psychology, or related field
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- Prior experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Motivated to learn and develop knowledge and skills
- Excellent English communication skills
