Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruiting platforms and social media for candidate attraction.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year recruitment experience required.
Salary: Rs.30,00 to 40,00 per month
Job Type: Full-time (10 am to 6 pm, Mon to Sat)
