Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Beverages as an HR Officer! In this vital role, you will manage the complete hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees. You will also address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews, set achievable goals, and provide constructive feedback.
As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements and company objectives, as well as oversee training and development programs for our employees.
This is a full-time position located in Multan, offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs50,00.00 and Rs55,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR officer are preferred.
