Job Description
Gourmet Foods is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. You will partner with operations managers to address staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from job posting to onboarding.
Your role includes serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensuring accurate maintenance of personnel records within the operations department.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, possesses robust recruitment knowledge, and exhibits excellent communication skills. A minimum of one year of HR experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
