Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Male HR Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and labor laws, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support payroll preparation and management.
- Address employee inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft and manage HR policies and communications.
- Coordinate and assist with performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
