Job Description
At SMJ Industries, we are committed to leading Pakistan toward a sustainable and energy-efficient future. We are currently in search of a dedicated Human Resource Officer to become a vital part of our team at the Hattar Industrial Estate in Hattar, Haripur, KPK.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR functions, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary beginning at Rs. 50,00 per month. Additional HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
