Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to audit job descriptions (JDs), ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and in line with company policies. Your responsibilities will include developing succession plans, monitoring training programs, and evaluating performance metrics. You will work closely with department heads to enhance the performance evaluation process and promote continuous improvement through effective data management.
