Job Description
Requirement:
· Experience: 3-6 months in technical recruitment
· Proficiency in commonly used programming languages
· Ability to post job ads, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial candidate screenings
· Collaborate with Project Managers & Technical Team leads to develop effective recruitment strategies
Responsibilities:
· Assist in day-to-day HR tasks, maintain records, and schedule interviews
· Manage employee records, CVs, and interview coordination
· Source candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking events
· Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
· Facilitate job offers and new hire onboarding
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Salary: 35k to 40k
Job type: Full-time onsite job, timings 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
