Job Description
MARS Healthcare Network is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for vital HR functions, including conducting performance audits, overseeing training programs, managing employee attendance, and facilitating the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities involve maintaining accurate employee records, tracking leave, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
