Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is actively seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively multi-task within a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making is essential to ensure adherence to employee policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and manage the recruitment process.
- Orient and train both new and existing employees.
- Evaluate employee performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits efficiently.
- Maintain precise employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong negotiation abilities and knowledge of employment laws.
