Job Description
Redex IT Limited is currently seeking a qualified HR Officer to manage ticket resolutions, timely reporting, and recruitment of engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently resolving service tickets, performing monthly system updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, possess 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery, and demonstrate strong communication skills along with technical proficiency.
