Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to become a vital part of our team at SIAC Waste Management Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily attendance issues, monitoring employee attendance records, and maintaining comprehensive employee files.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports and assisting with bank account opening processes. You will also act as the main point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring efficient HR operations in both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience, is required.
