Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is actively seeking a qualified Payroll Associate to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking the company’s payroll data, which includes monitoring employee work hours, preparing compensation checks, and addressing any inquiries related to wages and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and calculate employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare compensation checks and generate payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations at both the company and state levels.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding compensation-related questions.
- Oversee Employee Old-Age Benefits Institutions (EOBI) and Social Security matters for staff.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, prior experience in payroll processing, strong mathematical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills are required.
