Job Description
Venus Group is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring payroll accuracy, and overseeing HR operations utilizing HCM/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment from job postings through to onboarding.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize Flow HCM/CRM systems effectively.
- Implement contemporary HR tools and practices.
- Support adherence to HR policies and compliance standards.
- Work closely with management on staffing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
