Job Description
Xtecsoft Pvt. Ltd is looking for an HR Officer who is well-versed in HR processes and stays updated on HR marketing trends. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using social media for recruitment.
Requirements:
- Manage recruitment activities, job descriptions, ad postings, and hiring processes
- Post and update job ads on various social media platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule appointments
- Develop effective onboarding strategies
- Maintain accurate employee information in company databases
- Create HR operational documents
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word & Excel
- Positive professional demeanor
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
Qualification:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
