Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR Operations with a focus on technical recruitment. Responsibilities include streamlining HR operations, ensuring policy compliance, and aiding in technical talent recruitment.
Key Responsibilities: – Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes – Supervise HR policies to ensure legal compliance – Assist the recruitment team and contribute to technical hiring strategies – Resolve HR-related issues and maintain data accuracy
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or relevant field – 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in HR Operations with technical recruitment expertise – Proficient in HR best practices, compliance, and employment laws – Familiarity with technical job roles and recruitment platforms – Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
