Programmers Force is currently hiring for the position of HR Operations Manager. We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. As the HR Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee various HR processes and functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process
• Managing employee data and HR systems
• Coordinating benefits administration and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Handling employee relations and addressing employee inquiries and concerns
• Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance to managers
• Overseeing training and development initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
• Ensuring HR operations are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identifying areas for process improvement and streamlining HR procedures

Requirements:
