Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits, allowances, and claims in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing and approval of claims
- Handle the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews and obtaining necessary clearances, ensuring the completion of all exit formalities and documentation
- Manage the clearance process for departing employees, ensuring all company property is returned and outstanding dues are settled
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely and accurate salary disbursements
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, claims, and exit processing
- Strong understanding of HR operations and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
