Job Description
Location: II Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Timings: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR
- Past internship experience in HR Operations
- Familiarity with using HR software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and G Suite
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee exit procedures and clearance processes.
- Oversee payroll account opening, UIN tagging, and the issuance of visiting cards for new staff.
- Ensure timely renewal of Group Health, Group Life, and Pay Continuation insurances.
- Process EOBI and SESSI monthly payments promptly.
- Manage regulatory benefits and processes for employees.
- Monitor and update employee attendance monthly.
- Maintain the master sheet of employees.
- Update data in HRIS systems.
- Ensure proper file maintenance.
- Assist in processing employee loan and leave cases.
- Address employee grievances professionally and efficiently.
