Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Key responsibilities include providing counseling on policies and procedures, initiating the probation cycle promptly, and compiling information as directed by the Line Manager.
The ideal candidate will coordinate monthly employee recognition programs, organize engagement activities, and manage disciplinary and grievance issues effectively. You will also maintain employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policy and work collaboratively with management and HR staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
