Job Description
Imtiaz is seeking an HR Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, handle day-to-day HR policy inquiries, and coordinate payroll processing to ensure timely payments.
You will also manage employee leave, attendance, and timekeeping systems while providing first-line HR support to employees. Collaboration with other departments for cross-functional HR projects is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
