Job Description
We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Operations Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing HR operational activities, including but not limited to payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Prior experience in HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with HR projects, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
