Job Description
M I Enterprises seeks an experienced HR & Payroll Officer for a full-time, in-person role in Faisalabad. The incumbent will manage end-to-end recruitment, new-hire onboarding and documentation, monthly payroll preparation and salary disbursement, attendance, leave and overtime tracking, and maintenance of employee records. The role requires ensuring HR policy compliance and close coordination with management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR & payroll with strong payroll processing skills
- Skills: Effective communication, coordination, proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
- Salary: Rs55,00–Rs60,00 per month (market competitive, based on experience)
