Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is actively seeking a committed HR Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience and a proactive attitude toward staying informed about market trends.
