Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified Quran teachers and administrative personnel.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address employee concerns and effectively resolve HR-related issues.
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates who are Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz Quran.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
