Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment packs and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Manage Leave & Attendance with acknowledgment emails.
- Facilitate training for outsourced staff.
- Ensure compliance and audit adherence.
- Utilize administrative skills for efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience.
- Proficient in advanced MS Office skills.
