Job Description
Are you prepared for an exciting HR leadership opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Sispn Technology is in search of a talented HR Specialist to oversee key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts across various departments
- Facilitate effective onboarding and employee integration
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and payroll support
- Implement performance management initiatives
- Promote employee engagement and address any grievances
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00
Shift: 6:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
