Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and conduct candidate interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure HR practices align with legal standards.
- Coordinate and manage performance reviews.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 2-3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication skills.
