Job Title: HR Support
Location: Thokar Naiz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, offering exceptional support and guidance.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with HR-related matters, including benefits enrollment, payroll inquiries, and policy clarification.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain client records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work in rotation to ensure continuous coverage and support for our US clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 40 hours per week
