Job Description
Greens Fintech Innovation Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. You’ll be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our HR systems and elevate the overall employee experience.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HR systems with other business applications. Identify opportunities for automation to streamline HR processes.
- Implement and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Develop and generate insightful reports and analytics to support HR decision-making. Interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR systems capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of human resources (HR) processes and policies
– Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
– Systems analysis experience
– Experience in business process improvement, including documentation, implementation, and testing
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
– Experience with HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems
– HR certification, such as PHR or SPHR, is a plus
