Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at Mavericks United, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support the company’s growth objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, manage candidate experience, and stay updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process
