Job Description
Fission Tech is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month performance-based program, with the potential for a full-time position. This role is based onsite in Clifton Zamzama, Karachi. The ideal candidate will assist with essential HR functions, including onboarding, updating the HRIS, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in the HR field.
Responsibilities: Support the onboarding process, assist in attendance tracking, and contribute to HR communications.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
